A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Having worked in the UK Infrastructure skills and training market for almost 10 years, I took a leap of faith and founded my own business in 2024. I called the company ARC Civils Limited.
My journey was clear. I wanted to create a civils, building, and general construction training enterprise that would support real opportunities for military veterans and less privileged individuals who wanted a pathway to full-time employment.
ARC was set up to train, upskill, and build meaningful careers for all trainees and learners who are keen to work in industry sectors that offer long-term stability and growth.
Too many people in the UK are left without direction or access to the right support because of events and circumstances that are beyond individual control.
ARC provides a route to structure, routine, and a renewed sense of purpose for every person who completes our curated training or skills course programmes.
Whether someone is transitioning from military life or simply facing difficult lifestyle barriers due to their background or less privileged circumstances, I believe that every individual deserves the chance, often a second chance, to do something worthwhile and rewarding.
Beyond training, ARC is about giving back, raising social awareness, and enhancing social responsibility.
ARC exists to support communities and to help people regain confidence, independence, hope, respect, and secure a future that they can be proud of.
